Your daily tasks
Reaching out to incoming inquiries, either by phone or email
Identifying and understanding customer desires and needs
Serving as the point of contact for customers with questions and maintaining communication until everything is clear
Preparing a suitable quotation and presents them to the customer
Collaborating closely with national and international execution partners to jointly arrive at a suitable solution for the customer
Monitoring and following up on quotations when needed
Ensuring a smooth handover to operations once the quotation is approved
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our products/services and increase brand awareness
Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials and tools that support the sales process
Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and market opportunities
Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed to support marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand standards and strategic objectives
