Your daily tasks
During your internship, you’ll dive into various HD activities, including employee onboarding, development, and offboarding. This hands-on experience will allow you to explore all facets of human development and discover where your interests lie within this field. Your primary responsibilities will include the below described tasks, but there’s also room for your own input and a school assignment.
- Onboarding and offboarding procedures:
- Recruitment and selection
- HD administration
- Internal communication
- Employee support
- Project participation
- Possibility to assist in organizing events
